HOW IT WORKS
STEP ONE: Share your idea. Fill in our custom design form with your inspiration, photos and as much detail as you can. Our design team will reply within 48 hours with their suggestions and a price estimate.
STEP TWO: See it come to life. We turn your idea into a detailed digital preview and email it to you. Ask for as many changes as you like. We keep refining it until it is exactly what you pictured.
STEP THREE: Approve and relax. Once you are happy with the design, we send you a custom invoice to confirm your order. Our workshop begins as soon as payment is received, and your piece takes about 2 to 3 weeks to make.
STEP FOUR: Ready for your moment. Your finished piece is checked, packed discreetly and shipped fully insured. It reaches you within 7 to 10 days of dispatch, ready for the occasion you planned it for.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is my custom design eligible for a return or exchange?
Custom designs cannot be returned or exchanged. Every custom piece is one of a kind and made only for you. If you have any questions or concerns about your custom piece, email us at support@gleamadorn.com.
Am I able to change the center stone size and/or shape of an existing Gleam Adorn design?
Yes! We are happy to adapt any Gleam Adorn design to suit the center stone you have in mind. Note: this is treated as a custom order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I use my own stone(s) in an existing Gleam Adorn or custom design?
Yes! We can work with stones you supply. We need the exact measurements of each stone before we create or adapt a design, and you are welcome to send your stone(s) to us so our jewelers can measure them. If a stone has to be removed from an existing piece of jewelry, we will send that piece back to you.
How long does the customization process take?
The full process takes around 4 to 6 weeks, from your first design to delivery (longer for more complex projects).
Can a ring be set with a different type of gemstone than what is offered on the website?
We work only with certified lab-grown diamonds, in any shape and size you like. Reach out to our custom design team and we will be happy to help!
Can my design be made with other metals?
Yes, we can make jewelry in 10k, 14k or 18k gold, in white, yellow or rose.
Can you customize jewelry pieces other than engagement rings?
Yes, and we would be happy to! We can custom design most jewelry pieces. Reach out to our custom team for more information.
Does my custom design have to be based on a Gleam Adorn style, or can I start from scratch?
Your design does not need to follow a Gleam Adorn style. You can absolutely start from scratch! Send us photos and details of your dream design, and we will be happy to bring it to life.
