  • Order details: items purchased, ring size, engraving text, custom design requests, order value and order history.
  • Account details: login email and password, saved addresses and wish lists.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email, live chat, text message, contact form, virtual appointment or social media.
  • Occasion details you choose to share: such as a proposal, wedding or anniversary date.
  • Photos and reviews: images, ratings and comments you submit or allow us to use.

Payment information

Payments are handled by our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers. We receive confirmation of payment, the last four digits of the card, and the billing address.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our partners collect information through cookies, pixels and similar tools. This includes your IP address, device and browser type, approximate location based on IP address, pages viewed, items added to cart, links clicked and the site that referred you.

Information from others

We receive information from companies that support our store, including our store platform, payment and pay-later partners, shipping carriers, fraud-screening services, review services, and advertising and analytics partners.

2. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Process payments, make, ship and deliver your order, and handle returns, exchanges, resizing and warranty service.
  • Create and manage your account.
  • Answer your questions and provide customer support.
  • Send order updates and other service messages.
  • Send marketing by email or text message where you have agreed to receive it.
  • Show you relevant advertising on our Site and on other sites and apps.
  • Understand how the Site is used and improve our products and Services.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security problems.
  • Meet legal, tax and accounting duties, and enforce our Terms of Service.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal grounds for this are: performing our contract with you, your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, and meeting our legal duties.

3. How we share your information

We share personal information with:

  • Service providers who work for us: store platform and hosting, payment and pay-later partners, fraud screening, production and fulfillment teams, diamond grading laboratories, shipping carriers and customs brokers, email and text-message services, live chat, analytics, and review services.
  • Advertising and marketing partners, such as social media and search platforms, to measure our advertising and show you relevant ads.
  • Our affiliates, meaning companies under common ownership with us, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
  • Authorities and other parties when required by law, to respond to legal requests, to prevent fraud, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
  • A buyer or successor if our business is merged, sold or reorganized.
  • Anyone else when you ask us to or give your consent.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some US state laws treat sharing data with advertising partners as a "sale" or as "sharing" for targeted advertising. In the past 12 months we have shared the following with advertising and marketing partners in that sense:

Category   Examples
Identifiers Name, email address, phone number, IP address
Commercial information Products viewed, added to cart or purchased
Internet activity Pages visited and interactions with the Site and our ads

You can opt out at any time. See section 7.

We do not use or share sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We do not share phone numbers collected for text messaging with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the Site working, remember your cart and preferences, measure traffic, and deliver advertising. Our advertising partners may also set cookies to show you our ads on other sites.

You can remove or block cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do. Where the law requires, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

The Site recognizes the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for that browser. We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals.

5. International handling of your information

We operate internationally. Your personal information may be transferred to, stored and processed in countries other than the one you live in, including by our staff, affiliates, production teams and service providers located there. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.

If we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on recognized safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK equivalent, unless the destination country has been found to provide adequate protection.

6. Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No website or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send card details or other sensitive information by email or chat.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, honor our lifetime warranty, meet legal, tax and accounting duties, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We then delete it or remove the details that identify you.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of these rights. They are not absolute, and we may decline a request where the law allows.

  • Access: ask what personal information we hold about you and how we use and share it.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your personal information.
