The Viktoria is a marquise cut solitaire engagement ring built around the most elongating shape we offer, here at its most striking size. A 2.02 ct marquise cut lab grown diamond sits lengthwise at the center, held by six claw prongs in warm yellow gold, with no side stones to break the line of its long, pointed silhouette.

A marquise is a brilliant cut, so it sparkles much like a round while reading longer and narrower on the hand, an effect that runs well up the finger at this size. Its two pointed tips are the part of any diamond most prone to chipping, which is why the design uses six prongs rather than four, placing a claw at each point to guard it while the others hold the sides. Set north to south, the long axis lengthens the hand, and an open gallery lets light reach the stone to feed its brilliance. The slim band, 1.60 mm wide and 1.90 mm thick, keeps the focus on the diamond and makes it read even longer, while a low profile and comfort fit interior let the ring sit close to the hand.

Because a marquise comes to a point, it pairs most cleanly with a curved, V-shaped or chevron, contoured band, or an enhancer that cradles the tip rather than a straight band.

Take your piece off before swimming, cleaning, exercising or using lotions and perfume, as chlorine, chemicals and knocks can damage the gold and loosen the setting. We recommend a free inspection and professional clean with us once a year to keep every stone secure.
